Rare Antique Gilded Italian Billiard Table

Gorgeous Italian Pool Table from a Palm Beach Estate

Early 20th Century. Italian burl wood, mother-of-pearl inlay, gilt bronze legs and body with six leather and fringe pockets, apron mounted with gilt masks and acanthus leaf borders, resting on four gilt bronze cabriole legs with masks and acanthus scrollwork. Condition: Table in great shape for its age. Legs are excellent condition as is metal frieze. Felt is in decent shape but could be re-felted for a modern update. Veneer is slightly peeling in a 1" area on the sides and needs repaired or replaced. This is a very rare table, you won't find another like it on the market! There have been fine art photos taken of the one located in a historic Vegas Hotel only seen via tour.
