Refund policy

LUXE FURNITURE INC ORDER POLICIES

All purchases from Luxe Furniture Inc via luxefurniture.net are
Custom, Special Order, Made to Order, or One-of-a-Kind items, and therefore
Non-Refundable, Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable
Luxe Furniture is not responsible for damage done in shipping
Any Items damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the Shipper and will be handled by the Customer directly with the Shipping Company (USPS/FedEX/UPS)
Luxe Furniture will not, under any circumstances, issue a refund for items damaged in transport
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the shipper and Luxe Furniture Inc of damage, either at delivery or within 24 hours of delivery via email to info@luxefurniture.net with "Delivery Damage" in the Subject line. Failure to do so will forfeight any replacement. In the case of a damaged shipment delivered via White Glove Transport, damage must be reported immediately to Luxe Furniture via email to info@luxeurniture.net by either the shipper or buyer. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to file a claim with the Shipping, Warehouse, or Transport companies in possession of their goods. Luxe Furniture will file a claim on the buyer’s behalf, only if insurance is purchased, and must be listed on the Invoice or Sales Receipt. Most orders are insured, but please reach out to confirm. Photos must be documented of all damage. Any insurance payment will only be applied toward the re-make or re-purchase of the buyers invoiced item(s). Only partial refunds will be given if a replacement of the good(s) is not desired. Any request for alteration to existing design will result in additional change fees. 
Luxe Furniture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages
Luxe Furniture does not accept Exchanges
If there is a manufacturing defect, we will consider on a case to case basis. Email all photos & documents to info@luxefurniture.net
SPECIAL ORDER/ MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
All of Luxe Furniture Inc's products are considered Special Order or Made-To-Order (MTO) items, this includes but is not limited to, ALL LUCITE ITEMS and all other items that are manufactured individually according to an item listing's standard size, the customer's exact specifications on size, or drop shipped from a Luxe or a vendor's warehouse. To ensure delivery of the desired product in the shortest lead time, production is started 24 hours after order acceptance. Luxe Furniture's executive's, sales team, managers, employees, craftsmen, and fabricators immediately begin processes that directly relate to the delivery of the item.  Hence, any change or cancelation of an order made after production commences will cause substantial disruption to our business, production, and working capital. After 24 hours, all of these associated costs are the financial responsibility of our customers.
Luxe Furniture Inc thus stipulates the policy for changing/canceling ALL ORDERS to minimize such occurrence as follows:
Cancelation requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@luxefurniture.net. Cancelation is not guaranteed and subject to an executive's approval. Cancelation of an order by the Customer after 24 hours of order confirmation will be subject to a 50% Cancelation Fee of the item's invoice total, as well as, credit card processing fees. Please note, that if you cancel your order after 24 hours, and the cancelation is approved by our executive department, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total order less credit card processing fees.
Please note that this cancelation policy applies to all products including items stored outside of the Luxe Furniture Inc Showroom or Warehouse.
It is highly advised to reach out via email, phone, or text to inquire about a specific items lead time. Lead times are always estimated and never guaranteed, as many factors are involved in manufacturing and delivering these high end products to our clients. Changing/canceling an order is difficult because production commences 24 hours after an order's acceptance, and is considered strictly on a case by case basis.
Luxe Furniture Inc accepts changes or cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation free of charge.
Luxe Furniture Inc's policies are binding. By placing an order, customer acknowledges, accepts and is bound by these terms and conditions.
Please note, any attempt by the Customer to bypass these policies via the customer's credit card company will be considered fraud on behalf of the customer. Luxe Furniture Inc hereby notifies the Customer that Luxe Furniture Inc, a federally registered corporation, will pursue payment/repayment to the fullest extent to re-coup any and all losses, by any means necessary, and will include, but not limited to, filing a criminal report, filing a lien, and filing civil action against the customer, the customer's credit card company, or both. All orders processed on https://luxefurniture.net are considered a legally binding contract between Luxe Furniture Inc and the customer. By placing an order on https://luxefurniture.net, customer agrees to all Luxe Furniture Inc's Order Policies and accepts these Terms of Sale.
Approved returns are subject to this cancelation policy.
